Around the area of the houses, there is a plot of 30,000m2 altogether. The property has a well with water and adjoining light socket about 700 meters away. A part of the farm where the ruins are located is flat and the other half inclined with almond trees.

It would be no problem for permission to build a workshop or storage area in keeping with the land. The farm is divided into several plots, the sum of them is more than 140,000m2.

With an asphalted road almost to the plot and due to deeds being in place when the new owner acquires the property the town hall is obliged to extend the road to the entrance. PLOT REQUIREMENTS: RUIN ON PLOT/DEEDS
If there are ruins on the deeds/plot, different rules apply:
Plots on which there are ruins come under the Local Council in the area in which they are located. Applications go direct to the individual Town Councils. In the Cartagena area where there is a ruin on the land then building is possible with a 25% increase from the property size on the escritura. In other areas (it depends on individual Town Councils) it may be restricted to the footprint of the original ruin.
